TRUST GOD AND DREAM • When you trust in God as the captain of your ship, there is no dream too extreme, and no goal remains unattainable. Fifteen years ago, I was a young girl, marked by scars and marred by adversities. I confronted numerous Goliaths, including poverty, a broken home filled with broken souls, and a mentally ill single-parent mother.

DEFERRED DREAMS STILL COME TRUE • The scriptures declare, “…but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26b). One reading this passage may think that this declaration means that God simply grants wishes with little or no obstacles, difficulties or setbacks.
